Thanks to that Zakopane is busy all year round and is known as the winter capital of Poland.
The investment is situated in a peaceful location a distance from the noise, which guarantees excellent relaxation. In the nearby district you will find tourist hiking trails and ski slopes , including the famous slalom ski slope from the peak of Nosal (1206 m above sea level), which has both a slope enabled for the provision of artificial snow and has a chairlift and provides an excellent viewing point for the Hala Gąsienicowa and the Dolina Bystra valley. In the building, we have provided in the project for the following facilities and comforts: sauna, jacuzzi, billiard room, salon with fireplace and storage space for ski equipment.
In the near future near the investment property, one of the longest ski-lifts in Zakopane will be built.
